FRUGAL LIVING IN COLUMBUS,OHIO Frugal living is a lifestyle that involves careful planning and spending as well as avoiding waste. It's not about being cheap; it's really about being practical and making the most of available resources through various methods of saving money, reusing existing items instead of buying new ones, and finding bargains and good deals. The premise is that a person shouldn't pay more for something if he or she doesn't have to.

12-13-09 ROTISSERIE
I bought a Ronco Showtime Rotisserie this past Summer at a yard sale for $2.00.
I ran with that deal and didn't look back! Today I am trying it out for the first time with one of those chicken manager specials I bought this past week for $2.70 for a little over 5 pounds. I didn't know how to keep the wings from flopping all over the place so I chopped those off. Boy the house is sure smelling good! My guard dog is on duty watching over it. Sure would hate to be a dog right about now with how this is smelling, yummy!
