I love doing after Holidays shopping. No I don't mean running out after Christmas
and scooping up those great deals. I mean shopping for those discounts after Thanksgiving and all the other smaller holidays.
I stopped by Kroger to see if they had any after Thanksgiving mark downs.
I found:
Kroger Whipped Topping .50 cents each
Kroger Deep Dish Pie Shells, 2 pack .50 cents each
1/2 gallons of Kroger Orange Juice .50 cents each
I also stopped by Hallmark. I have coupons for $5.00 off a $5.00 or more purchase.
These coupons can be found in December's issues of Taste Of Home, Country Living, Oprah, Woman's Day and Family Circle.
Limit one coupon per transaction. I brought mom along so I could use a second coupon. I still have 2 more coupons to use but will have to make another trip.
I ended up getting 8 packs of tart melts for my electric potpourri dish.
Each package has 6 tarts in them.
They were originally $2.50 each x's 8 is $20.00
I found them in the markdown section for $1.50 each x's 8 is $12.00
Now deduct my two $5.00 coupons. Made them $2.00 for 8 packages or
.25 cents each.
A total savings of $18 off the original price!!
