Top 14 Foods for Improved Health and Wellness

10:00-10:35am

I had an early lunch today
of Green Giant's steamed rice, broccoli & cheese
@ 240 calories for the whole bag.
I then found myself in front of the
tv watching a Ghost Hunters marathon.
It then dawned on me that I was sitting
on my butt when I could be running
on the exercise machine.
I found a show on TV called
I Used To Be Fat on MTV.
This is what I watched through
my whole workout and it kept
me motivated to keep going.
They lost 100 or so pounds in
90-100 days time.

I ran a mile non stop.
I burned about 408 calories
which more than burned off my lunch
and then some!!

When working out and trying to lose
weight you have to set a daily goal to
go by. Don't just jump on a machine
and do it for a couple minutes and give
up!! Reach that goal each day
whether it's a certain mile or
amount of time.

I did my mile this morning because
I would like to do .60 miles this evening.
Yesterday I only jogged .40 miles
and want to make up for that loss.
My mid back was hurting is why
I didn't accomplish my goal.
I don't think it was from exercising
but from lifting 50 pound salt bags
the other day.

It's only February and before
you know it, June and July will
be here, shorts and swimsuit weather!
I would like to lose some weight by then,
4-5 months away.
18 weeks 3 days til July,
129 days which could mean running
129 miles by then.
About 410 calories a mile x's 129 miles
is 52, 890 calories burned.
divided by 3,500 calories in a pound
should total 15 pounds lost
just from the jogger exercise machine.
That doesn't include any other calories
burned doing other things.

I really need another scale.
Not sure how accurate the one we
have is. It says I have lost 2 pounds
so far which is expected.
I'd really like a weighted scale like
what you see in a doctor's office.
When I mentioned that to Tony
he said there was one in one of
the storage rooms at work.
I would like him to ask if we could borrow
it or even have it.

10:45am

I got a loaf of cinnamon raisin
bread cubed up and sitting on the counter.
You want it to get a little dried out
and lose some moisture before
making bread pudding.
I've never made it before nor
have eaten it before. I'm trying
something different for a recipe contest.

I wanted to say that my hubby
finally said something last night
about the paint in the bathroom.
It took 12 days for anyone to notice.
And I only think he noticed because there
was a stop line from where I painted
and where the other wall paint
was, in the shower area.
I could've painted the whole thing
and no one would have noticed.

This is my recipe.
Can't wait to see how it turns out
considering I've never eaten or

6:30pm

Well I don't know what is up
with the credit card company
but they've called 3 times today.
They better not be asking for anymore
money til the next bill! I have
paid them everything I have
owed up until the next bill
that comes in March
and some extra.
They must be wanting something
to start calling more than once a day.
I'm just sitting on edge waiting
for them to call back to see what
they want. Tried calling
the customer service number
and that's a joke. It says to say
or punch in your account number,
and we did both on several tries
and the computer still doesn't understand.
Why don't they just have a freakin
person answer the phone!!!!
We tried to answer the phone
the last time they called but our
phone died.
Why is it you can be a loyal customer
but screw up one time due to
an emergency and they harass you
like crazy!
