Friday the 13th!!

8:00AM

Sitting here trying to get ideas
for breakfasts I can freeze
then just pop in the microwave.

This would make those back to
school mornings go much easier
and faster!

Individual Baked Eggs
These could be served over English
muffins. I personally would
bust the yolks before baking.
Bake up 12 of these in a cupcake
pan. Cool and put in freezer bags.

------------------------

You could also fry up some hash browns,
add in a pound of sausage (love maple sausage),
sprinkle with cheese. Put single
servings in sandwich bags.

------------------------

I like to use
Jiffy Muffin mixes in different
flavors to make pancakes or waffles.
Or you could just make muffins
and freeze.

------------------------

Easy doughnuts.

cut canned biscuits into quarters.
Fry up in oil.
Remove to paper towels to
absorb excess oil. Then roll
in powdered sugar or a
cinnamon sugar mix.

------------------------

Flash freeze french toast cut in sticks for breakfast. These are great for kids to dip into syrup or eat as is.

------------------------

Try a cooked sausage wrapped in a pancake. Freeze wrapped up in tin foil and warm up in microwave (take off tin foil first!)

------------------------

Breakfast pizzas

Use split English muffins.
Top with salsa, cheese,
crumbled sausage/bacon & scrambled eggs.

11:30AM

Just got done making a sample
round of homemade poptarts.
I made them round instead of
rectangular.
They have a peanut butter filling
with powdered sugared glaze on
top sprinkled with chocolate chips.

12:00PM

Mail man arrived and dropped
off my package of FREE hearing
aid batteries just like above.
There was 4 packages
of 8 for a total of 32 batteries!

These go for $11 a package
at Walmart.
So I got $47
worth of hearing aid batteries
for FREE!! (I included tax because
I would have had to pay that had I
bought them at the store)

Tonight is MOPAR night out at Brice Rd
in Reynoldsburg. Got the camera on charge.
Hoping to capture some good burnouts!
Don't know if I am gonna look forward to
this or not since it is supposed to
be soooo hot out! Taking along a
cooler full of ice and pop and maybe
a spray bottle full of water to
mist ourselves.

Today throughout the weekend
they will be racing at National
Trail Raceway
and having a swap
meet.

3:30-4:00PM

Sometimes during the day I go outside
and sit a few to soak up some warmth.
In the shade of course.
Today I took some of my coupons
outside to cut out and organize
in my notebook. I didn't put
a dent in them. Trying to get it
all caught up because once the
kids are back in school I can get
back to shopping with coupons
and going to the store more often
if needed to catch those sales.

Took some carpet scraps Tony brought
home from where they were redoing
the hallway carpet at work and cut
them to fit the floor of the truck.

Free homemade floor mats as opposed
to $15 to $30 dollar ones in the store.
