Went back to the doctor's this morning
for girly checkups.
Doc said she found polyps on my cervix
so now I need to see an OBGYN to have testing
done to make sure it is not cancerous.
Let's hope it's not!

Went to 3 Walgreens this morning.

One Walgreen didn't have the Excedrin I was looking
for as they were out.
The next Walgreens wouldn't do 2 transactions
on the Excedrin so I was only able to get 1.
She told me I was only allowed 1 register reward
per day which is just BS if you ask me.
Don't know why as another Walgreens let me do 3!!
So I had to go to a 3rd Walgreens to use my other
coupon. What a pain! But it's a good thing
there are Walgreens almost on every corner around
here, lol. While one looses my business for that
day I just go to the next. So this doesn't make
sense that some act like that.

2 Walgreens had Valentines items 75% off.
The other had it 50% off.

Breakdown on my purchases from Walgreens:

$37.61 TOTAL BEFORE COUPONS & SALES

$11.66 TOTAL I PAID

PLUS I GOT $9.00 in Register Rewards back

So if you look at it this way it was like
I got everything for $2.66.

2 Warming Thera Flu medicine
5 cans Bumblebee tuna fish
2 Right Guard deodorants
2 Excedrin Menstrual Relief

Today I received a free Mueller's 2010 calendar
with coupons and recipes.
There was a total of 12 coupons worth about $12.50
when some can double in value at stores.

Even though we try hard to cut back everywhere we can
we still allow a little money set aside to splurge
on ourselves every now and then.

Tonight we treated ourselves and the 2 boys
to supper at CiCi's Pizza at Stoneridge plaza
(Morse & Hamilton Rds.)

We saw on a tv commercial where they now how their
buffet for $3.99.

for 2 adults, 1 beverage (me and Tony split a drink)
and 2 kids (kids buffet included drinks at the $3.99 price)

was $17.75 plus $1.20 tax

That included all you can eat pizza, pasta,
drinks, salad, and desserts.

Not bad at all for a family of 4.

inbox.
