Ok here's the pop tart recipe I made up
yesterday. This is my recipe.

Peanut Butter Fudge Tarts
(like Buckeyes or Reeses Cups)

8 count Chocolate Fudge Pop Tarts
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 1/2 Tablespoons whipping cream

Break up pop tarts and
put into a food processor.
Pulse until they are crumbs.
Then pour in a 1/2 cup melted butter
and pulse some more til combined.
.

Scoop out Tablespoonfuls of mixture
and roll into balls. Place each ball into
mini muffin pan cups. You should get
about 27 of them.

You could also use cup liners if preferred.

Next using a rounded bottom 1/2 tablespoon
measuring spoon, press the bottom
of the measuring spoon into the balls
to form a cup.
Bake 350 degrees for 7 minutes.
.
.
While baking cups,
in a small bowl combine
a heaping 1/2 cup peanut butter
and
a heaping 1/2 cup powdered sugar
together in bowl until combined.
.

Remove cups from oven.
They may have puffed up some when baking
so once again press your 1/2 Tablespoon backside
into them while warm to form a cup.

Scoop out 1/2 Tablespoonfuls of peanut butter
mixture and roll into balls. Place balls
into cups and gently flatten with fingertips.

In a small microwavable bowl
add a heaping 1/2 cup of semisweet
chocolate chips and 2 1/2 Tablespoons
of whipping cream.
Microwave for 30 seconds on high.
Remove from microwave and stir
until mixture is creamy.
.

Next add 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate
over tops of cups and peanut butter mixture.
.
.
Once done put in refrigerator for
about 2o minutes to harden chocolate.
Use a knife to run around edges of cups
and remove them from pan.
.

Well we went car shopping again.
All I can say is this is the strangest looking Explorer we bought, LOL!
Too dark out for pics.
I can tell you this, we traded in the
Tracker.
No car payments!!
And that's thanks to selling the Explorer
and our trade in.
I am a person that hates financing vehicles
or having payments!!
My main interest with vehicle shopping was
finding one that had a good
reputation for being dependable
and could be driven for 100's of thousands of miles.
I did reviews of this car and it ranks 4.8 out of 5.
People are driving them to 200,000
to 400,000 miles!
Honda's are supposed to be one of
these trustworthy vehicles but finding
one in our price range seems to be impossible.
Other makes include
Toyotas, Mercedes & BMW.

Well y'all my tanks running on empty.
I've used up what little energy I've
had for the day. Still feeling sick
and now have the sniffles, sneezing
and a starting to get some chest
congestion.
I know it's only 6:30pm but
I'm ready to go lay down for the night.
I've got floaty head.
Kids are eating supper and working
on getting their showers.
Got clothes laid out for them for tomorrow.
So I can go lay down knowing things
are done ahead of time.
1 more day to go before seeing the doctor.
